Klub Seven offers:

  • Products: Clothing, accessories, and merchandise.
  • Services: Styling consultations, assisted shopping, and product customization.
  1. Site Usage & Access
  • Access is personal and non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Klub Seven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature without prior notice.
  1. Membership Eligibility
  • Only individuals aged 18 or older may register and purchase.
  • Minors (under 18) must use the site under parental/guardian supervision.
  • Accounts found to be underage may be terminated without refund.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • You must provide accurate and current personal information.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately to customercare@klubseven.com.
  1. Product Information & Pricing
  • We strive for accuracy, but errors in descriptions or pricing may occur.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Colour variations may occur due to screen settings; no returns/exchanges for minor differences.
  1. Orders & Payment

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)* (*conditions apply)

Order Confirmation & Cancellation:

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
  • Klub Seven reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  1. Price Match Policy
  • Conditions for Price Match:
    • Must be the same product from a public listing (no private deals).
    • Must be before payment (no post-order claims).
    • Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • If a pricing error is found, Klub Seven may:
    • Cancel/amend the order.
    • Refund payments (except COD).
  1. Customization

Custom-Made Products:

  • Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable.
  • Includes:
    • S/3XL sizes
    • Early delivery requests
    • Embroidery, colour changes, special fittings

 

  1. Fraud & Payment Security
  • Accounts and transactions are monitored for fraud.
  • Fraudulent activities (fake accounts, stolen cards) will result in:
    • Account termination
    • Order cancellation
    • Legal action
  • Users must use their own payment methods; liability for fraudulent transactions lies with the user.

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Domestic: Included in price.
  • Delivery Delays:
    • Klub Seven is not liable for delays due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • COD Terms:
    • Not available for all pin codes.
    • May require partial advance payment or ID verification via call or WhatsApp.
  • Liability transfers upon delivery or if an alternate recipient accepts the package.

 

 

 

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Klub Seven and protected under copyright/trademark laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Klub Seven is not liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Product misuse or third-party actions.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

 

  1. Indemnity Clause
  • You agree to indemnify Klub Seven against any claims arising from:
    • Breach of terms.
    • Violation of laws.
    • Third-party disputes.

 

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Rajasthan.
  • Courts in Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Klub Seven is not liable for failures due to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Political unrest.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Pandemics.
  • Other unforeseen events.

 

  1. Promotions, Offers & Gift Cards
  • Offers cannot be combined.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Cashback & loyalty points apply only to non-discounted items.
  • Gift Cards:
    • Valid for 1 year.
    • Non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash.

 

  1. Termination & Notices
  • Klub Seven may terminate accounts for policy violations.
  • Notices will be sent via email/postal mail.

 

  1. Modifications to Terms

Klub Seven reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
