RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Klub Seven, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a structured Return & Exchange policy under specific conditions. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. a)Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product:
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. b)Mandatory Unboxing Video & Images:
  • You must provide  damaged product video and clear images of the damaged/incorrect product.
  • The video will be verified against our packaging & product video records.
  • No returns will be processed without an unboxing video.
  1. c)Original Condition Required:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • No refunds if the yellow security tag is broken or missing.
  1. d)Non-Returnable Cases:
  • Discounted/sale items (purchased during offers, promotions, or using discount codes).
  • Bulk orders (more than 3 items).
  • Customized or embroidered products.

  1. RETURN PROCESS & POLICY

Step 1: Report the Issue

Step 2: Approval & Return Shipping

  • Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

  • Once received, the product undergoes a quality check.
  • If approved, the refund is processed within 7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

 Important Notes:

  • We do not cover damages during return transit. Ensure secure packaging.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories (dust bags, cards, etc.) must be included.

 

  1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Exchanges are allowed only if:

  1. a)Request Made Within 6–7 Business Days:
  • The exchange must be initiated within 6–7 days of delivery.
  1. b)Unused & Original Condition:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags & packaging.
  • No exchange if the yellow tag is broken or missing.
  1. c)Same Value Replacement:
  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or design (subject to availability).
  • Bulk orders (more than 3 items): Only limited exchanges permitted.

 

  1. d)Non-Exchangeable Items:
  • Customized/embroidered products.
  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Used or washed items.

 

  1. EXCHANGE PROCESS & POLICY

Step 1: Initiate Exchange

  • Log in to your account and request an exchange via the “Orders” section.

Step 2: Pickup & Quality Check

  • The product will be picked up and sent to our warehouse.
  • After inspection, a replacement will be dispatched (if available).

Step 3: One Exchange Per Order

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • After exchange, the item is considered customized and cannot be exchanged again.

 

  1. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized/embroidered products.
  • Sale/discounted items (including promo code purchases).
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Bulk orders (more than 3 items).
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or security seals.

FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

  • Normal wear & tear is not considered a fault.
  • Original packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be returned.
