What products does Klub Seven offer?

At present, we offer a premium collection of Embroidered & Handwork shirts.

What sizes are available?

We are a size-inclusive brand, offering sizes from S to 3XL.

Do you offer custom tailoring?

No! We don’t provide custom tailoring based on your measurements

Do you offer customization for embroidered & hand worked shirts?
  • Hand-Worked Shirts – No Customization Available

We currently do not offer customization for hand-worked shirts. Hand-worked designs (such as intricate beadwork, sequins, or hand-stitched patterns) are pre-designed and cannot be altered in terms of Design changes, Colour variations & Placement adjustments. These shirts are available as ready-to-wear pieces with fixed designs.

  • Embroidered Shirts – Customization Available

                        For embroidered shirts, we offer limited customization in the following areas:

  • Thread Colour: You can choose different thread colours for the embroidery.
  • Design Positioning: Adjust where the embroidery is placed on the shirt (e.g., chest, sleeve, back).
  • Design Size: Modify the size of the embroidered pattern (within feasible limits).
How to Request Customization?
  • On each product page, you will find a "Customization" button near the size selection option.
  • Clicking this button will redirect you to WhatsApp, where you can discuss your requirements with our team.
  • We will provide details on:
    • Additional costs (if any) for customization
    • Estimated production & delivery time
    • Any design limitations

 

 

Important Notes:

  • Customization is subject to feasibility and may not be possible for all designs.
  • Once an order is confirmed with customization, changes cannot be made later.
  • Delivery timelines may extend for customized orders compared to ready-made pieces.

How do I choose the right size?

How do I place an order?
  • Browse our collection, select your product, choose a size, and click "Add to Cart."
  • Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (e.g., Phone Pe, Google Pay), Net Banking, Other secure online payment options & COD (*applied T&C’s).

Is my payment information secure?
  • Yes! We use SSL encryption to protect your data.

Can I cancel my order?
    • Within 24 Hours of Order Placement:
      • You may cancel directly from the "My Orders"section on our website.
    • After 24 Hours:
      • Email customercare@klubseven.comor call our toll-free number 1800-572-1666 with your order number.
      • Cancellation approval depends on your order’s current status (e.g., whether it has been processed/shipped).

What is the delivery time?
      • Standard delivery time:5–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

      Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as Weather conditions, Courier delays, public holidays & Remote area accessibility.

      Express delivery: 4–5 business days (additional charges apply).
What is the processing time for Made-to-order items?
  • Made-to-order or customised shirtsrequire 6–15 business days for completion, depending on the current order volume.
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed.
  • Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for dispatch.
How can I track my order?
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email from Shiprocket. You can also track your order anytime by clicking the “Track Order” section in the menu bar on our website.

Do you ship internationally?
  • Currently, we serve India only. For inquiries, contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
  • Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order is dispatched.

What is your return/exchange policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing customercare@klubseven.com within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your concern quickly, kindly include:

    • Clear photosof the damaged product and packaging.
    • A short videoshowing the damage in detail.

    We’ll review your case by cross-checking with our internal quality and packaging records. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we’ll process an exchange or refund as per our policy.
