- Order Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Placing the Order
- You may cancel your order directly from the "My Orders" section on our website or app within 24 hours of placing it.
- This option is available for orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Cancellation After 24 Hours
- If the 24-hour window has passed, you must contact our customer care team to request a cancellation.
- Cancellation requests after this period are subject to approval based on order status.

Required Information for Cancellation Requests
To expedite the process, please include the following details in your request:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for cancellation
- Order Cancellation by Klub Seven
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product Unavailability
- If the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the order and notify you immediately.
- Payment Issues
- If the payment fails or is not successfully processed, the order will be cancelled automatically.
- Pricing Errors or Technical Glitches
- In case of incorrect pricing due to a technical error or website glitch, we may cancel the order and refund the amount.
- Verification Failure (For COD Orders)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if we are unable to verify your identity via call or WhatsApp, the order will be cancelled.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Refund Processing Time
- Once an order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 6–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Status Tracking
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Important Notes:
- No cancellation is possible once the order has been shipped. In such cases, you may opt for a return/refund as per our Return Policy.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
