  • This option is available for orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

  • If the 24-hour window has passed, you must contact our customer care team to request a cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests after this period are subject to approval based on order status.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  1. Product Unavailability
  • If the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the order and notify you immediately.

 

  1. Payment Issues
  • If the payment fails or is not successfully processed, the order will be cancelled automatically.
  1. Pricing Errors or Technical Glitches
  • In case of incorrect pricing due to a technical error or website glitch, we may cancel the order and refund the amount.
  1. Verification Failure (For COD Orders)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if we are unable to verify your identity via call or WhatsApp, the order will be cancelled.

  • Once an order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 6–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
